We will process your data with regard to the following types of personal data, i.e. name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, correspondence data, provided by you, based on your voluntary consent, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO;
4) In the case of data for which you have given your consent, you will have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn by email to: biuro@theonegroup.pl;
5) The recipients of your personal data are entities that process personal data on the basis of an entrustment of data processing by the controller, if the entrustment is necessary, and entities for which the controller provides services. Personal data may be transferred to third countries.
6) Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were obtained or until you withdraw your consent to the processing;
7) You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent to processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent given before its withdrawal;
8) You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO;
9) Your provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained;
10) Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.

3) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract/order, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO, and in the case of other data provided by you voluntarily, only on the basis of your voluntary consent, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO;
4) In the case of data for which you have given your consent, you will have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal. 5) The recipients of your personal data are entities processing your personal data on the basis of the administrator's entrustment of data processing, if this is necessary for the performance of the contract/order, as well as the employees of the department dealing with your contract/order, the accounting department and the management staff of SANDEX.PL Sp. z o.o. Personal data may be transferred to third countries;
6) Your personal data will be stored for the period of performance of the contract/order and, after the completion of the contract/order, the period necessary for the storage of data resulting from separate regulations, in particular tax regulations and the period of limitation of claims resulting from the contract/order;
7) You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent given before withdrawal;
8) You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO;
9) Your provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the performance of the contract/order; the consequence of not providing personal data will be that the contract/order cannot be performed;
10) Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
